Items shipped from UltimateBeautyShield.com can be returned within 30 days after receipt of shipment in most cases.

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

How Refunds Are Issued
When returning an item, your refund will be the same as the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Credit Card: 3- 5 busines days
Checking Account: Up to 10 business days
Promotional Certificate: No refunds issued
REQUEST FOR APPROVAL FOR REFUND
To request approval for a refund for a defective product. You should Contact Customer Service via email: customerservice@ubshield.com and enter the subject line as REQUEST FOR APPROVAL FOR REFUND. List reason for refund request (i.e., rip). Provide purchaser’s name, email address, phone number, purchase date & reason for return. If UltimateBeautyShield.com does not require you to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate. Otherwise, you will be required to return your items within 30 days after receipt of shipment.

REQUEST FOR INSTANT REFUND
If the product has not mailed, you may request an "Instant refund." Contact Customer Service via email: customerservice@ubshield.com and enter the subject line: REQUEST FOR INSTANT REFUND. List reason for order cancellation or change in order. Provide purchaser’s name, email address, phone number, purchase date & reason for instant refund request. Notwithstanding, the charge card issuer may require an additional 3-5 business days processing time to refund the card.

REQUEST FOR GIFT RETURN
The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned. Contact Customer Service via email: customerservice@ubshield.com and enter the subject line as REQUEST FOR GIFT RETURN. List reason for requesting to return the item. Provide purchaser’s name, email address, phone number, purchase date & reason for return. If UltimateBeautyShield.com does not require you to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate. Otherwise, you will be required to return your items within 30 days at which time your refund will be issued.

REQUEST FOR HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN/HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Contact Customer Service via email: customerservice@ubshield.com and enter the subject line as REQUEST FOR HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN. List reason for requesting to return the item. Provide purchaser’s name, email address, phone number, purchase date & reason for return. If UltimateBeautyShield.com does not require you to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate. Items shipped via UltimateBeautyShield.com between November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020, may be returned until January 31, 2021, for a full refund, subject to the below stated return guidelines.

RETURN ITEM MAILING COSTS
The purchaser will be responsible for the return mailing costs, however, upon receipt of products in original condition, a full refund will be issued. Items in original condition past the return window (30 days), 80% of the item's price. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an seller error, up to 50% of the item's price will be refunded.
